I led the design efforts to simplify and streamline the Enterprise onboarding process for Viva Goals at Microsoft. This work boosted the seamless onboarding score from 7.3 to 9.1 out of 10.
I also spearheaded the transition of Ally.io ’s design language to align with Microsoft’s design system. For this, I earned a Gold Medal—an achievement only 3% of Microsoft products receive.
I crafted the onboarding experience and help section of the app by following Microsoft guidelines. The feature is modular enough to adapt to the dynamic range of content present contextually at any point in the app. This instilled a self-serve mechanism among users, leading to a 37% decline in drop-offs and support-related calls.
I led the redesign of the Consumption pillar in Viva Goals, which is at the core of the product. This redesign focused on how users consume data in a way that works best for them. We conducted several user testing sessions and got phenomenal positive responses
I ideated and executed the Rhythms feature, which lets users set cadences for work check-ins to keep their organization on track and avoid stalling. This feature led to a 1.3% increase in user engagement.
I rationalized and redesigned the entire admin settings of the app, providing it with a suite-like experience and increasing flexibility by 16%.
I also led the design efforts for the Dark theme, which ended up winning second place in a Hackathon event.
Finally, I was responsible for leading the Design System of Viva Goals. This effort improved the combined suite experience score from 6.9 to 8.0 out of 10.

I managed the design system for Ally.io, making it easier for designers and developers to understand how components work, including best practices, do’s and don’ts, and overall functionality.
I worked on fixing discrepancies in the Automated Check-in feature, which resulted in a 7% increase in check-in entries.
I led the structuring of the OKR program score, which helped businesses set and seamlessly track aspirational and committed goals. This feature delighted customers and saw significant engagement during their planning phase..
I led the entire Admin pod, which faced considerable friction during onboarding. We revamped the existing controls to provide a refreshed experience, reducing customer success support requests by 23%.
I spearheaded the design efforts for the Excel/Google Sheets upload mechanism in Ally.io, enabling users to upload the spreadsheets they used during the planning phase. This long-requested feature from customers contributed to the organization signing an enterprise deal for 30,000 licenses.

As the first product designer at the company, I was involved in the ideation and execution of the first Bounce app, which allowed users to book bikes for commuting or errands. This was the first-ever app in the bike-sharing mobility space. Our collective efforts led to an achievement of a lakh bookings per day.
I led the design efforts to create the Task Engine, known as “Bounce Hero” from scratch. It’s an app designed to streamline fleet operations, reducing manual effort for on-ground tasks by 80%. It also helped executives complete their tasks more smoothly, doubling the number of tasks completed per day from 8 to 16.
I was part of a three-person design team that built the Fleet Manager Dashboard. This tool made it easier for fleet managers to allocate and manage resources efficiently, leading to a 48% reduction in idle executives.
I redesigned the entire Bounce website, which helped them to position right for their marketing campaigns and saw an increase of customer delight score from lowest 4.5 to moderate 7.8 out of 10

I designed a mobile-first contextual chat search app called Voly and a Facebook Messenger chatbot called “Dude—the Chillout Bot” (featured by Facebook Messenger). Together, they served over 11,000 users, with 200+ daily active users (DAUs) and 1000+ weekly active users (WAUs).
I structured and analyzed Voly’s catalog design, which included over 300,000 movies, 40,000 TV shows, and 20,000 restaurants and buffets. This work helped create a powerful chat-based search and recommendation engine that handled more than 100,000 chats.
I was involved in the entire product development cycle—from planning and requirement gathering to wireframing, and designing the complete end-to-end UI/UX.
